$90 Per session

Includes Initial Functional Movement Assessment,  Ongoing Body Composition Scans and includes nutrition plan and ongoing guidance

Partner training

$105 Per session

Includes Initial Functional Movement Assessment,  Ongoing Body Composition Scans and includes nutrition plan and ongoing guidance

Semi-private

$30 Per session

Maximum Four members per session. Bulk discounts for 10 or 20 sessions paid upfront
